The cuisines in India are as varied as the land and have interesting stories to go with them. Gastronomes will delight in exploring various cuisines on our culinary journeys, while also visiting some of the most evocative sites in India.
Our Cooking in Paradise tour will take you on a voyage to uncover the country's famed North Indian cuisine with cooking demonstrations in each location. This includes royal Awadhi cuisine in Lucknow, Mughlai cuisine in Agra, and traditional Rajasthani cooking techniques in a village there. You'll even get to have dinner with the royal family in Lucknow after watching their chefs prepare the food!
On our Coffee and Cuisine of Southern India tour, you'll traverse the Malabar region of north Kerala and the Coorg region in south Karnataka. Highlights include a cooking class by an expert in the Mapillah cuisine of north Kerala, and visits to spice plantations in Wayanad and coffee plantations in Coorg.
