This comprehensive North India tour not only incorporates the must-see sights of the Golden Triangle and beyond, it shares them in a way that gives you the kind of insight only a specialist can bring. A historian will guide you through the streets of imperial Delhi on a heritage walking tour, you will view the Taj in the moonlight, and when you visit the Swai Man Singh Museum in Jaipur you will have the museum and its curator to yourself. In Amritsar, you'll get to attend the evening Sukh Aasan ceremony at the Golden Temple, where the holy book is put to rest with prayers.

Day 1. To Delhi

Departure from your home country.

Day 2. To Amritsar

Arrival Delhi and then on change your flight for Amritsar. Stay for 02 night at Hotel.

Day 3. Amritsar

Morning sightseeing of Amritsar, visiting The Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh Durgiana temple. Afternoon excursion to Wagha-the Indo-Pakistan border to witness the electrifying ‘Changing of the Guard Ceremony.

Evening enjoy Sukh Aasan Ceremony at the Golden temple. This is when the Holy Book — Guru Granth — is put to rest for the night with prayers and a Prayer incanted to invoke Jot - the living light of the Guru to manifest in the Granth.

Day 4. Amritsar

Early morning, enjoy a heritage walking tour of Amritsar. Afternoon transfer to Amritsar airport to board your flight to Varanasi. 02 nights stay at palace hotel.

Day 5. Varanasi

Afternoon visit Sarnath (8 kms from Varanasi) which has the 2000 years old Buddhist Stupa and the deer park where Lord Bhudha gave his first sermon after enlightenment.

Enjoy the evening sunset by the Dasawamedha ghat and visualize the spectacular spiritual moment of the Aarti by the Ganges.

Day 6. To Delhi

Leave for an early morning boat ride on Ganges River to see meditating sadhus and the life on the Ghats of the city.

Afternoon transfer to airport to board your flight to Delhi. Stay for 02 nights at hotel.

Day 7. Delhi Sightseeing

Enjoy a morning heritage walking tour of old Delhi including an exhilarating cycle rickshaw ride to the Jama Masjid through the bustling Chandni Chowk, and it’s back roads, which were the centre of the city Shah Jehanabad in the Mughal times. Finally continue onto the Raj Ghat- Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation site.

After a sumptuous lunch at Dharampura Haveli, resume a sightseeing of dynamic New Delhi including the impressive Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and the India Gate. Also drive past the Parliament Buildings & President’s House.

Day 8. To Agra

Morning transfer to the Nizamuddin railway station to board your train to Agra. Meeting, assistance on arrival and proceed for Agra sightseeing, visiting the Agra Fort- seeing the many varied architectural styles of the complex, built by successive Mughal rulers & the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. 01 night stay at hotels.

Day 9. Taj Mahal Visit and to Ranthambore en-route Fatehpur Sikri

Early morning enjoy a breath-taking sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) to watch the sun slowly caress the white marble, awakening the day and distant memories.

Begin your drive to Bharatpur later in the morning (approximately 2hrs driving time), en-route visiting the deserted Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri.

At Bharatpur railway station, board your train to Sawai Madhopur. 03 nights stay at villa.

Day 10. In Ranthambore

Game Drive in shared jeep of 06 Pax.

Day 11. In Ranthambore

Game Drive in shared jeep of 06 Pax.

Day 12. To Jaipur

After breakfast, begin your drive to Jaipur (approximately 3½ hrs driving time), 02 nights stay at Haveli.

Day 13. Visit to Amber Fort

Morning excursion to Amber Fort where you will ascend this hilltop Fort in a jeep. Afternoon at leisure. In the evening, enjoy the cooking session followed by dinner.

Day 14. To Jaisalmer

Morning transfer to the airport to board your flight to Jaisalmer. 02 nights stay at resort.

Day 15. Jaisalmer Sightseeing

Morning sightseeing of Jaisalmer visiting Gadisar Lake, Jaisalmer Fort, and the havelis of Salim Singh, Nathmal and Patwon.

Afternoon enjoy an excursion visit to Sam Sand Dunes to watch the sun disappearing on the horizon and experience a camel ride.

Day 16. To Jodhpur

Morning drive to Jodhpur (approximately 4½ hrs driving time). 02 nights stay at Hotel.

Day 17. Jodhpur

Morning sightseeing tour of Jodhpur visiting Meherangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and Umaid Bhawan Museum. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 18. To Udaipur via Ranakpur

Morning drive to Udaipur (approximately 5 & ½ hrs driving time), en-route visiting the famous Ranakpur Jain Temples (Guides are not allowed inside Temple complex, however, we will provide an Audio Guide). 03 nights stay at Palace hotel.

Day 19. Udaipur

Morning sightseeing of Udaipur visiting the City Palace Museum, Sahelion-ki-Bari and the Jagdish temple. Afternoon free.

Day 20. Udaipur

Spend the day at your leisure.

Day 21. To Delhi

Morning free. Afternoon transfer to Udaipur airport to board your flight to Delhi. 01 night stay at hotel.

Day 22. On the final day

Departure for your home country.
